Create an after-sales service project
The After-sales service project can be considered as a sub-project of a Customer project. It allows you to manage all eventual incidents that may occur through the full life cycle of a project management. Each detected incident will be identified, specified, imputed and eventually planned.
The List of existing After-sales service projects can be found from the "Management\After-sales service" application menus.
Starting a new After-sales service procedure must be done from the Project detail form. Please follow the guidelines detailed here.
