Retail operations presentation

Retail operations is a SAAS (Software As A Service) solution available online via a URL. It offers a set of features allowing you to manage a customer project from reception at the point of sale to delivery of the products provided.

Access to the application

Deployed countries

Currently Retail operations is deployed in the following countries:

  • Belgium
  • Luxembourg
  • Swiss
  • Senegal
  • Republic of Congo
  • Madagascar
  • Qatar
  • Saudi Arabia
  • United Arab Emirates

For any deployment of the application in another country, an analysis of local legislation must be carried out in order to bring the application into compliance. In order to comply with legislation on the security of personal data, the data recorded in Retail operations is hosted in Europe for European and North African countries and in Canada for North American countries.

Supported languages

The Retail operations interface is available in:

  • French
  • English (England)
  • English (United States)
  • Spanish

The application can be adapted into other languages. Processing time will be necessary to integrate the new translations into the application.
It is also possible in the application to offer an interface in one language with certain data entry in another language. This case occurs for example in Saudi Arabia where the interface is offered in English but it is possible to enter customer contact details and product descriptions in Arabic.
