This section groups all functionnalities offered by the Retail operations solution in order for any External system to be able to better interact with it. Thus these are mainly technical specifications of the different capabilities:

  • Rest API: details the official Retail operations API entry points and the way to get connected with this solution.
  • HomeByMe Launcher: explains how to integrate on your Website an HomeByMe planner connected with your Retail Ops solution.
  • Electronic signature: API offering the ability to use an External system solution for your Electronic signature feature in your Retail Ops documents.
  • Notifications: how to get notified of some specific key events triggered on the Retail Ops solution, and how to be able to retrieve the related data in order to feed your own system(s).
