EMail

Definition

In the Retail Ops environment, an EMail is a written message sent electronically. It can be assigned a text, several attachments and recipients, and in the Retail Ops context, can be linked to one Project and/or one Customer and can be assigned to several Users.

Retail Ops allow you to send an email to the different stakeholders of the project (customer, seller, installer, manager).

Created in a project, it is automatically linked to it. Created from another screen, it is not automatically linked to a project but it is possible to assign it manually.

The sent emails are visible from the EMails menu, the Home page, and in the Project progress feed.

Even if an email is deleted from the user's inbox, project-related emails are retained.
