Access URL

The default URL is https://my.storemanager.online.

Identification

When accessing the application, you will be asked for a username and password in order to log in. This information was provided to users when they created their account.
It is possible to change the interface language before logging into the application.
If three passwords are entered incorrectly, a captcha will be displayed and must be completed before you can try again.

Forgotten password

If you forget your password, you can use the “I forgot my password” function. An email will then be sent to the address provided for this purpose when creating the account.
This recovery address can be modified from the user file available in “My account” and in the “Administration/Users” menus.
