Project status

There are several “Statuses” that can be assigned to a project:

  • Pending: Allows you to put the project in the "Pending" status. An orange banner then appears on the project with the information "Pending". This information is also visible in the list of projects.
To remove the "Pending" information, you must modify the status of the project with the action "Relaunch the project". A confirmation on the project installation date is then requested to anticipate any changes.

  • Blocked: Allows you to put the project in the "Blocked" status. A red banner then appears on the project with the "Blocked" information. This information is also visible in the list of projects.
To remove the "Blocked" information, you must modify the project status with the "Relaunch the project" action.

  • Archived: Allows you to put the project in the "Archived" status. A gray banner then appears on the project with the "Archived" information. This information is also visible in the list of projects.
To remove the "Archived" information, you must modify the project status with the "Relaunch the project" action.

  • Closed: (deleted) Allows you to put the project in the "Closed" status. A green banner then appears on the project with the information "Closed". This information is also visible in the list of projects.
A project can only be closed if it has been previously archived. A closed project prevents any future modification of the project.
The closed status of a project cannot be removed

  • Cancelled: Allows you to cancel a project. The cancellation action also cancels all documents present in the project. A confirmation request and the entry of a reason are mandatory for the cancellation of a project.
A red banner appears on cancelled projects. This information is visible on the project and in the list of projects. The cancellation reason entered is visible on the project.
A cancelled project cannot be reactivated.
