Creation

Here you can create / edit / activate / deactivate any Users according your needs.

Activation state

A user can be in multiple state, the state is represented by an icon in the user list:

State icon	Description
	The user is active
	The user is disabled
	OpenID only: The user is pending activation

A user can be activated or disabled by clicking on the state icon.

OpenID: Activating a given user sends him the activation email.
