Company

The Company (Master Franchise level) is created by our teams. It is this level that carries all the default settings related to the location of the company (language, currency, tax rates, etc.).

All the information necessary for the creation of this entity must be provided to our teams.

Contact details​

You will be able to modify certain information about your company that does not impact the use of Retail Ops. The contact details include the company name, address, the phone number and the color

We also include the company logo at this level, which will be used for the application and editions.

Important information​

At the company level, certaines informations vont impacter l’utilisation de Retail Ops. There is the possibility to adjust the validity period of the quotes made in the application. By default, the setting is thirty days. There are also taxes, the currency of society.

Configuration​

The configuration menu can be used to activate or hide some features. Attention, there are also store settings. For example, if you do not want to use the surveys, after creating a project, for professionals only, you can disable them.

Signature of the company​

You can add an email signature for your company, it will be present when sending an email. With this form, you will be able to enter your lgoo, the address and make a real email signature.

Home page​

On this configuration sheet, you have the possibility to modify the home page by adding "image modules". The left part allows you to add its different modules on your homepage. When you click on one of these, it will appear on the right part. On the right side, by clicking in the rectangles a menu will appear and you can add your images and links that will redirect you to websites. This allows when clicking on the image to be redirected to this site.

Currency​

In this currency screen, you will be able to change the exchange rate of each currency. Note that, as a basic matter, exchange rates are based on the EUR currency. If you want to change this, you need to set your company’s currency at an exchange rate of 1 and modify the other rates.
